Politique d’expédition

Deliveries to UK mainland addresses are generally delivered within 10 working days from receipt of your order to us. Subject to goods being in stock. (During busy periods and for particular items, we may need to print pieces, especially for you and will be happy to give delivery times).

International orders may take longer and any customs taxes required by the destination country are the responsibility of the buyer and will be contacted separately from Harrogate House by the delivery company. 

Damaged items must be reported to the company within 7 days of delivery.

Please Note: We will adhere where we can to specific instructions but if the customer requests us not to take a signature on delivery, it has to be at your own risk.

In some circumstances, we may have to contact you regarding the quoted Delivery Price for International deliveries. These are based on an average size parcel only, although we will always try and pack as small as possible, sometimes it may be necessary to charge a supplement. We will contact you first if this is the case.
